江苏大丰港15万吨级航道研究取得阶段性成果
   
 

      8月20日，江苏省大丰港15万吨级航道工程技术研究专家咨询会在南京举行，来自交通运输部、江苏交通运输厅、华东师范大学、河海大学、南京水科院、上海航道局、上海航道设计院等单位的院士和专家出席咨询会，对大丰港15万吨级航道研究取得阶段性成果予以充分肯定，并对航道工程建设提出建设性意见。

     《江苏沿海地区发展规划》将大丰港定位为我省沿海开发战略重要节点和重要港区，规划中明确要求尽快开展大丰港深水进港航道的前期研究工作。中交上海航道设计研究院、南京水科院承担了大丰港深水航道的研究课题，展开了前期研究工作。江苏交通运输厅已将该项目上报交通运输部，即将列入国家综合交通十二五规划。

      参加咨询会的专家们一致认为，大丰港岸线稳定，西洋深槽潮流动力强，航道条件好，投资风险小，15万吨级定位是可行的；目前，大丰港认真做好深水航道工程技术咨询是科学的，在西洋深槽西线航道合理布置深水码头泊位是可行的；最大地利用潮差和西线航道，分期实施，逐步通航15万吨级船舶，可充分发挥大丰港深水航道的社会经济效益。（
