【Project Overview】 Shanghai Darun Port Construction Group Co., Ltd. conducted the dredging and maintenance project (bid section 2) of the Yunzaobang channel (Baoshan section). This project had a full length of 3.764 kilometers with a river surface height of 70-90m. As designed, the dredged channel was 12-40m wide at the bottom (12m at approach channel section) with a bottom elevation of 2.5m deep, and 1:2.5 at the side slope. The dredging quantities reached 262,400 m³, and the total contract value was RMB 7.04 million. In spite of a tight schedule, challenging construction and complicated navigation situation, Shanghai Darun Port Construction Group Co., Ltd. completed this project with great success within the contract period.
